Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
As a strong, wear-resistant and elastic substance, SLS TPU X92A-1 offers new application opportunities. Thanks to its convenient processing window and full recyclability of the powder cake, it is a natural choice for series production; tailor-made shoes and clothes, complex tube geometries or orthopaedic parts are some examples of new 3D print applications.
This foamed white, amorphous or semi-crystalline thermoplastic has medium hardness and low impact resistance. 3D-printed parts made from PS are used to make master models for vacuum, plaster and ceramic shell castings.
Glass-filled PA 6
PA6GF has exceptional mechanical strength and heat resistance over 200℃ which is much better than PA 12. It's the ideal material for functional prototypes or end-use parts.
Nylon 11 is a high-performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production. It has better flexibility than PA12, and it's suitable for printing parts that need to bend or resist impact.
FormLabs PA 12 Grey

PA 12 White
