FROM PRINTING TO FINISHED PART:

A Convenient, Intuitive Workflow

fuse_1_icon_fast_simple.webp
Maximize prints with minimal setup.
Use our free print preparation software, PreForm, to import STL or OBJ files, orient models, estimate print times, and monitor prints.

PreForm’s part packing algorithms can automatically arrange many models in a build to maximize the packing density, reduce print time, and limit waste.

SLS, made manageable from wherever you are.
During setup and printing, an intuitive Touch UI walks you through every step.

The touchscreen displays a live stream of the print bed so you can watch each new layer take shape. This camera view is also available from your computer in PreForm so you can monitor your print without leaving your desk.

Take control of your production across multiple locations and machines. Track print jobs and material flow all in one cloud-based Dashboard to ensure minimum downtime and maximum output.
fuse_1_icon_reliable.webp
Reliable, consistent printing.

SLS 3D printing fuses powder layer by layer. The unused material supports the parts during printing so you can create complex, interconnecting designs with no need for support structures.

Patent-pending Surface Armor technology creates a semi-sintered shell around the surface of each part, enhancing mechanical properties and surface quality without the hassle of a large, industrial footprint. These qualities are heightened even further when using the inert gas print option available with Fuse 1+ 30W

All-in-one powder recycling and recovery.

Our all-in-one powder recovery station, Fuse Sift, combines part extraction, powder recovery, storage, and mixing in a single device.

Produce fully-functional parts with competitively high powder recyclability to enable less waste and lower cost per part.

Fuse Sift will dispense and mix used and new powder automatically so you can reduce waste and control your powder supply.

fuse_1_icon_throughput.webp
Designed for
24/7 throughput.

Achieve faster-than-ever printing speeds to deliver prototypes and small series of end-use parts in under 24 hours.

Enable continuous throughput by adding a second, removable build chamber to any Fuse Series workflow.

Industry-leading rapid cooldown times allow you to start a new print within 1-2 hours of your previous print job.

Method series 3D printing materials

Use the same polymers, composites, and metals found in familiar manufacturing processes ーfrom injection molding to machiningー thanks to Method’s unique environmental control features.

3D4MAKER™ ASA

Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.

3D4MAKER™ ABS

ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is one of the most used materials in the plastics industry and gained a lot of popularity within the 3D printing sector due to the ease of processability and great mechanical properties. This ABS filament is a strong  material with a high toughness, high impact resistance and is also light and durable. After the print is done you can easily post-process the object by sanding it or with a acetone vapor installation to get rid of the visible layers and get a injection molded surface quality.

3D4MAKER™ ABS Kevlar®

ABS KEVLAR has been designed for 3D printing by a precise formulation of aramid fibers into ABS materials. The aramid fibers assuring dimensional stability ,preventing the printed object to warp and even make the printed object lighter than regular ABS.

3D4MAKER™ ABS-ESD

ABS ESD Filament has been designed for protection of electronic devices which are sensitive to electrostatic discharges. The material prevents the risk of damage to vulnerable electronic components due to its dissipative properties. Its surface resistivity ranging from 10^7 to 10^9 Ohm. The filament is ideal for industrial applications like housings / casings for connectors, sensors and measuring devices. Available in black and its natural color.

3D4MAKER™ Arkema KEPSTAN® 6002 PEKK-A

PEKK-A Filament (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is high performance 3D printing optimised material with great processability. This material is a member of the high-performance Poly Aryl Ether Ketone (PAEK) family like PEEK. We used the PEKK 6000 series to produce the filament which is an amorphous grade with a slow crystallization rate and a high flow. This results in enhanced Z layer strength and provides ease during the FFF / FDM printing process. Typically the PEKK is being used by demanding industries like the aerospace, energy and transportation sector.

3D4MAKER™ Facilan™ C8

Facilan™ C8 is the first product of our Facilan™ family. End use industrial parts and consumer friendly printed parts as well as high end prototypes for business are the applications areas for C8. The first Fifth Generation 3D printing material, Facilan™ C8 has better mechanical qualities, best surface quality and high tolerances that combine to make a material suited for high throughput and high repeatability production in Additive Manufacturing.
