No worries on warranty and shipping it back to us, we provide a 7 days 1 to 1 replacement for any manufacturing defects. Just email us at sales@royalforgedsolution.com and we will be glad to replace all manufacturing defect.
 

 

  • Returns, Refund & Exchange

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind and would like to exchange the product you just bought. No worries, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will be happy to arrange a return for any unused items purchased within 14 days. Just email us at support.rf@3dhubsmy.com. Please contact us before returning any package.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
 
*The exchange of product must be same price with the exciting product (or cheaper), if the price of exchanged product is higher, customer need to pay the difference in price.

  • Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non¬-refundable.
 

 

 

  • Missing Parcel

We want you to buy in our store with peace of mind. Don't worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel considered lost when no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:

Malaysia: 14 Days
Singapore: 20 Days
