FROM PRINTING TO FINISHED PART:
A Convenient, Intuitive Workflow

Maximize prints with minimal setup.
Use our free print preparation software, PreForm, to import STL or OBJ files, orient models, estimate print times, and monitor prints.
PreForm’s part packing algorithms can automatically arrange many models in a build to maximize the packing density, reduce print time, and limit waste.

SLS, made manageable from wherever you are.
During setup and printing, an intuitive Touch UI walks you through every step.
The touchscreen displays a live stream of the print bed so you can watch each new layer take shape. This camera view is also available from your computer in PreForm so you can monitor your print without leaving your desk.
Take control of your production across multiple locations and machines. Track print jobs and material flow all in one cloud-based Dashboard to ensure minimum downtime and maximum output.

Reliable, consistent printing.
SLS 3D printing fuses powder layer by layer. The unused material supports the parts during printing so you can create complex, interconnecting designs with no need for support structures.
Patent-pending Surface Armor technology creates a semi-sintered shell around the surface of each part, enhancing mechanical properties and surface quality without the hassle of a large, industrial footprint. These qualities are heightened even further when using the inert gas print option available with Fuse 1+ 30W

All-in-one powder recycling and recovery.
Our all-in-one powder recovery station, Fuse Sift, combines part extraction, powder recovery, storage, and mixing in a single device.
Produce fully-functional parts with competitively high powder recyclability to enable less waste and lower cost per part.
Fuse Sift will dispense and mix used and new powder automatically so you can reduce waste and control your powder supply.

Designed for
24/7 throughput.
Achieve faster-than-ever printing speeds to deliver prototypes and small series of end-use parts in under 24 hours.
Enable continuous throughput by adding a second, removable build chamber to any Fuse Series workflow.
Industry-leading rapid cooldown times allow you to start a new print within 1-2 hours of your previous print job.

Strong, Functional SLS Materials
3D print production-ready, end-use parts with our family of SLS Powders, developed specifically for the Fuse Series printers. Our materials, hardware, and software are developed and validated together to deliver peak performance while optimizing cost per part.

Method series 3D printing materials
Use the same polymers, composites, and metals found in familiar manufacturing processes ーfrom injection molding to machiningー thanks to Method’s unique environmental control features.
Stratasys FDM Nylon 6
FDM Nylon 6 possesses the best combination of tensile strength and toughness among FDM materials. It fills the niche between the flexibility of FDM Nylon 12 and the rigidity of carbon-filled FDM Nylon 12CF.
Stratasys PC
Polycarbonate 3D printing filament is a strong, dimensionally stable, heat-resistant plastic with good impact strength. Its stiffness and stability mean the parts you print retain their shape and dimensional accuracy. High impact strength makes this a tough material, suitable for high-durability applications like functional prototyping and manufacturing tooling.
Stratasys PC-ABS
PC-ABS plastic blends the best features of polycarbonate and ABS material, combining the heat resistance of PC and the flexural strength of ABS. As a result, PC-ABS advantages include one of the highest impact strengths of any FDM thermoplastic. It’s perfect for functional prototyping, rugged tooling and production parts.
Stratasys PC-ISO
PC-ISO is a biocompatible polycarbonate material, compliant with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI. It’s also sterilizable using gamma radiation or ethylene oxide (EtO). These characteristics make PC-ISO well suited for applications needing biocompatible or sterilized 3D printed parts in the medical, pharmaceutical and food-related industries.
Stratasys PPSF (PPSU)
PPSU (also known as PPSF) offers elevated properties compared with commodity plastics. It is stronger than polycarbonate but its more notable features include heat and chemical resistance. This makes it a good choice for demanding applications exposed to oils, gas and acids. PPSU can also be sterilized via steam, autoclave, plasma, chemical and radiation methods
Stratasys ULTEM 1010
ULTEM™ 1010 resin is a high-performance polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic, strong 3d printing material. It has high heat resistance while exhibiting the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion among FDM materials. Combined with high strength properties, ULTEM 1010 resin is the strongest FDM material and is perfect for demanding and specialized applications like lightweight composite tooling.
