Sintratec All-Material Platform
Tailor manufacturing to your application
Unique and patented in the field of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), the Sintratec All-Material Platform separates the cutting-edge Fusion Module (3D printer) from the movable Build Module (powder container). Thanks to this modularity both polymers and metals can be processed on the same system and exchanged rapidly without cross-contamination or lengthy cleaning processes.

All-Material Platform Modules
Modularity of our solution is a key advantage and allows you to expand your fleet and increase productivity whenever needed. It also allows you to exchange materials rapidly without cross-contamination or lengthy cleaning processes.

The Sintratec materials allow you to print highly precise parts that can be used for functional prototypes as well as end-use components.
3D4MAKERâ„¢ ASA
Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA)Â polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.
3D4MAKERâ„¢ ABS
ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is one of the most used materials in the plastics industry and gained a lot of popularity within the 3D printing sector due to the ease of processability and great mechanical properties. This ABS filament is a strong  material with a high toughness, high impact resistance and is also light and durable. After the print is done you can easily post-process the object by sanding it or with a acetone vapor installation to get rid of the visible layers and get a injection molded surface quality.
3D4MAKER™ ABS Kevlar®
ABS KEVLAR has been designed for 3D printing by a precise formulation of aramid fibers into ABS materials. The aramid fibers assuring dimensional stability ,preventing the printed object to warp and even make the printed object lighter than regular ABS.
3D4MAKERâ„¢ ABS-ESD
ABS ESD Filament has been designed for protection of electronic devices which are sensitive to electrostatic discharges. The material prevents the risk of damage to vulnerable electronic components due to its dissipative properties. Its surface resistivity ranging from 10^7 to 10^9 Ohm. The filament is ideal for industrial applications like housings / casings for connectors, sensors and measuring devices. Available in black and its natural color.
3D4MAKER™ Arkema KEPSTAN® 6002 PEKK-A
PEKK-A Filament (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is high performance 3D printing optimised material with great processability. This material is a member of the high-performance Poly Aryl Ether Ketone (PAEK) family like PEEK. We used the PEKK 6000 series to produce the filament which is an amorphous grade with a slow crystallization rate and a high flow. This results in enhanced Z layer strength and provides ease during the FFF / FDM printing process. Typically the PEKK is being used by demanding industries like the aerospace, energy and transportation sector.Â
3D4MAKERâ„¢ Facilanâ„¢ C8
Facilanâ„¢ C8 is the first product of our Facilanâ„¢ family. End use industrial parts and consumer friendly printed parts as well as high end prototypes for business are the applications areas for C8. The first Fifth Generation 3D printing material, Facilanâ„¢ C8 has better mechanical qualities, best surface quality and high tolerances that combine to make a material suited for high throughput and high repeatability production in Additive Manufacturing.
