How do I earn RF Solutions' Rewards points?
Earning points is very easy. Simply register and activate your RF Solutions' Rewards account. Get points automatically when you order in the our E-store at www.royalforged3d.com.
How Much Are Points Worth?
For every dollar (RM) you spend on eligible purchases, you will receive 1 points. You can use your points to redeem FREE rewards like cash credits starting at 100 points!
* Get X5 point for every RM 1 spend starting from JAN 2023, until further notice.
Do My Points Expire?
Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire 36 months after they are earned. Plenty of time to save up for rewards.
Does the reward program valid for oversea customers?
Yes. The reward program valid for all customers in the E-Store at www.royalforged3d.com. Please note that the rewarded point is based on Malaysia local Currency (RM/MYR).
Can I claim the points for my old order ?
Unfortunately the point reward is valid for the new order only.
When will the points reflected to my account?
Normally the point will reflect immediately to your account, however sometime it will take longer time to reflect, but the maximum reflected time will be 1 hours. If the points does not reflected to your account after 1 hours, please contact our customer service at (WhatsApp) +6011 5646 4911 or email us at sales@royalforgedsolution.com.
Why is my points deducted?
Your points will be deducted in a few conditions:
1) User have make a redemptions, or
2) User have make a refund or exchange, or
3) Our system detected the account is violate/abused/spam. Please note that your point reward account will be terminated if violation found. However you still able to make purchase in our e-store.
How Do I Redeem a Reward?
Start by visit the RF Solutions' E-Store and selecting 'Store Rewards Tab' . Choose the item you want to redeem. From there, you can redeem your reward by:
1) Tap ‘Store Reward’ to see what you can redeem with your points! A FREE reward starts at 100 points!
2) Get the redemption code for your reward
3) Input the code in the voucher column and check out.
Can I Redeem a Reward and Earn Points in the Same Order?
Yes! You earn points on every menu item you purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward and purchasing more items in addition to that, you will still earn 1 points for every dollar (RM) you spend.*

Can I Get More Than One Reward at a Time?
At this time, you can only redeem 1 reward per transaction.
What If I Forget the Code that i redeem?
You can refer back the code any time under the 'activities" tabs.
Will the code that I redeem Expired?
Yes. The redeemed code expired after 6 months after the redemption. So we recommend you to used the code immediately after the redemptions.
Can I gives the codes to my friends or family?
Yes, you can if you want to do so. Please note that all redemption code is valid for 1 usage only.
Can I transfer points to my friends or family?
No. the point is non-transferable and we also not recommend you to do that as point you earn are difficult. If you want to give this as presents for your friends or family, you can use the point to exchange a cash credit (gift card) for your friends.
Are There Any Purchases That Don’t Qualify For Points?
You earn points on every dollar (RM) spent on qualifying purchases. That includes offers in the app and promotions.

You will not earn points on the following:
(i) Taxes and other surcharges or fees.
