ARNITE® ID3040 (PET)

ARNITE® ID3040 for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications combines high heat resistance, dimensional stability and outstanding strength with excellent processing characteristics. It’s one of very few pure PET filaments on the market today, and used to create everything from white goods connectors to automotive sensors.

Features

  • Is an open source polyethylene terephthalate (PET) filament

  • Has a higher melting point and lower moisture intake than traditional PETG filaments

  • enabling you to create more accurate 3D-printed parts at higher temperatures with low warpage and better strength and mechanical properties

ARNITEL® ID2060 HT (High Temp. TPC)

ARNITEL® ID2060 HT is a new high-performance Thermoplastic Copolyester (TPC) for 3D printing using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). This filament is the first to offer a unique balance of flexibility, chemical resistance against exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) condensate and prolonged high temperature resistance for printing demanding automotive air-fuel and industrial applications.

ARNITEL® ID2045 (TPC)

ARNITEL® ID2045 is a high-performance ThermoPlastic Copolyester (TPC) that offers you a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance and strength – plus excellent processing characteristics. In industries ranging from automotive to E&E, Arnitel® is increasingly being as a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers – reducing environmental impact and ultimately, system costs. The product is supported by an experienced and knowledgeable global team continuously working on new ideas and applications, as well as exploring new markets. By listening to your needs and understanding your process and products, we develop solutions that make a real difference.

Features

  • It is a soft and flexible material that brings speed to your 3D printing production – it loads onto the machine and prints twice as fast as other TPCs

  • It combines this easy and fast printing with high performance characteristics enabled by excellent inter-layer adhesion due to its slower crystallization behavior

  • Arnitel® is 100% recyclable, made with 50% bio-based feedstock

NOVAMID® AM1030 FR (PA6/6,6 FR)

NOVAMID® AM1030 FR (F) – the first ever UL Blue Card certified PA6/66 filament for open systems. UL’s Blue Card program is specially developed for certification of materials for additive manufacturing. Novamid® AM1030 FR is completely halogen-free, making it environmentally friendly. Validated in an UL-certified lab, the DSM material meets a UL 94 rating of V-0 at 1.6 & 3.2 mm wall thickness and a UL 94 V-2 rating at 0.85mm wall thickness.

  • Novamid® AM1030 FR is completely halogen-free, making it environmentally friendly.

  • UL requires Blue Cards for 3D printing materials to be printer specific; this material was tested on an Ultimaker S5 printer. Nevertheless, being an open platform material, users with any open platform fused filament fabrication system can work with Novamid® AM1030 FR (F).

NOVAMID® ID1030 (PA6/6,6)

NOVAMID® ID1030 is a high-quality polyamide, that has been developed as a special product line in order to cope with high demand levels from our Japanese customers. Novamid® ID1030 has seen various applications in various fields and various regions. From car to packaging, Novamid® is supported by an experienced and wide range of experts.

Features

  • Is a pure polyamide 6/polyamide 66, and was originally developed many years ago by our Engineering Plastics experts for demanding specialty applications often subjected to extreme heat

  • The optimized crystallization profile improves fusion, enabling parts with excellent interlayer strength and high surface quality.

NOVAMID® ID1030 CF10 (PA6/6,6-CF)

NOVAMID® ID1030 CF10 is a new PA6/66 grade of carbon reinforced polyamide that brings properties of 3D printed parts close to what is usually achievable only by injection molding. With a loading of 10% carbon fiber, printed parts are stronger, tougher and stiffer compared with other FFF materials available, while matching the easy and fast printing of unreinforced plastics.

Features

  • Is a pure polyamide 6/polyamide 66, and was originally developed many years ago by our Engineering Plastics experts for demanding 3D printable at same speed as unreinforced plastics thanks to low carbon loading of 10%

  • Enables properties close to what is usually achievable only by injection molding

  • Very low warpage compared to unfilled PA

  • Durable parts with good mechanical properties due to high inter-layer strength

  • Made from DSM Novamid copolyamide PA6/66, which is used in automotive and electronics for many years

  • HDT of 184ºC at 1.8MPa

  • Characteristic matte black surface-finish with less roughness

NOVAMID® ID1070 (PA6)
